Pepperoni and Cheese Logs

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 tsp. of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. of McCormick's Neapolitan pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 can of Pillsbury croissant rolls
  • 4 mozzarella sticks halved
  • 12 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 cup of RAO's marinara sauce

Instructions

Garlic Butter

  • In a large bowl melt your butter, then add in your garlic, pizza seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Mix until combined and set aside

Pepperoni and Cheese Logs

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Pop open your Pillsbury roll can, roll out your dough, and separate the pieces.
  4. Take one of your doughs and add in your pepperoni and halved cheese stick, roll it up pinching the sides to seal. Then set on your lined sheet, repeat until all pieces are filled.
  5. Spread an even coat of your garlic butter over each log
  6. Bake in your oven for 12-15 or until golden brown
  7. Serve and Enjoy it with RAO's delicious marinara sauce!
