*pro tip: make this in the morning so it will be ready when you get home for dinner*
- Layer vegetables in a crock pot: onions, potatoes, and carrots. Rinse corned beef, this will wash off excess salt from the brining process. Add beef stock, corned beef, and beer. Spread seasoning on corned beef, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Take the meat out and let it rest for one full hour, DO NOT SLICE IT until the hour is up.
- While your meat is resting, add cabbage into the crockpot and let it cook on high for one hour with the rest of the veggies
- Plate and serve with some flaky salt and apple cider vinegar
