DAD’S SECRET CORNED BEEF SANDWICH

Ingredients
- As much corned beef as you’d like (Here are ways to make the perfect corned beef: Stove Top, Instant Pot, Crock Pot)
- Big soft french bread - slice in half and core out the middle
- ¼ c of thousand island
- 1 c of Jalsberg, shredded
- 1 c of Dad’s coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Slice french bread (length wise) and core out the middle.
- Smear a couple tablespoons of thousand island on both sides of the bread. Add corned beef and shredded Jalsberg bake until cheese is melted
- Add coleslaw, cut in half, and Enjoy!!
