Take a strainer and place it over a pot or bowl, this is going to be used to catch all the liquid that will accumulate over 24 hours, then place a coffee filter in the center of your strainer
Add in your yogurt and cover the strainer with saran wrap, place in your fridge for 24 hours and do not touch!
The next day pull it out of your fridge, place your thick and creamy yogurt in a bowl, and top with olive oil and zartar
