Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. of Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup of Diced Onions
  • 2 tsp of minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp finely minced Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 oz. of Artichoke Hearts drained
  • 8 oz. of Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
  • 5 Babybel Cheese chopped
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Colby Jack
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. In a large, oven safe dish, add spinach, onions, garlic, jalapenos, artichoke heart, cream cheese, sour cream, babybel, mozzarella, cheddar, and colby jack cheese.
  3. Fold until all ingredients are combined
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  5. Take it out when its golden brown, mix together well, and serve with chips or bread
  6. Enjoy!
