Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz of Sour Cream
  • 3 Full Sour Pickles
  • 3 ¾ Sour Pickles
  • 3 ½ Sour Pickles
  • 2-3 tbsp of Pickle Brine
  • 2 tbsp of Woodfire + Whiskey Lemon Ranch Seasoning ( you can use Hidden Valley as a substitute)
  • Bunch of Fresh Chives, chopped
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, grated
  • Sprinkle Tajin on top

TOPPING:

  • 6 tbsp of Salted Kerrigold Butter
  • 1 bag of Panko Bread Crumbs (equates to 1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp of Woodfire + Whiskey Lemon Ranch Seasoning ( you can use Hidden Valley as a substitute)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in 1 tbsp of seasoning and stir until combined, next add in panko and another tbsp of seasoning on top. Continuously fold the Panko until it's golden brown - then turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. Chop all the pickles into bite sized pieces - we use a chopper for maximum efficiency
  3. In a large bowl combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, lemon ranch seasoning, garlic, chives, pickle brine, and pickles.
  4. Optional: In a bag crush up some hot cheetos
  5. In a serving dish add in an even layer of mixed pickle dip, sprinkle on top Tajin, and top with a layer of golden panko (optional: add hot cheetos in addition to the panko)
  6. Serve with Lays Wavy Chips and ENJOY!
