1 pack of Hebrew National Quarter Pound Beef Franks
1 jar of Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves (13oz)
6-8 tbsp of Spicy Brown Mustard
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°
Remove the hot dogs from the pack and slice them accordion style - be sure to not slice them all the way through! You want to leave the pockets for your sauce to get into. Place your sliced hot dogs in a 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium size bowl combine apricot preserves and spicy brown mustard.
Pour your sauce over your hotdogs - be sure to get into the creases for ultimate flavor!
