Classic Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. of Anchovy Paste
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan (measure with your heart)

Salad

  • Thinly sliced romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup of rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Caesar Dressing (see above)

Instructions

Ceasar Dressing

  1. In a large bowl combine mayo, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and grated parmesan.
  2. Refrigerate for one hour

Salad Assembly

  1. In a large bowl combine romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, rotisserie chicken, and Caesar dressing.
  2. Serve and Enjoy!
