3 tbsp of minced garlic (we love it very garlicky)
1 tbsp of Parsley flakes
1 tbsp of Old Bay
The juice of one lemon
1 bottle of water or 16 oz of water
3 - 4 lbs of cooked Dungeness Crab (we got ours from Costco)
2 aluminum trays
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°
Place a small pot over medium heat and melt kerrygold butter.
Once butter has completely melted add in garlic, parsley flakes, and old bay. Mix for a few minutes then set aside.
PLace your crabs in one of the aluminum trays. Pour on top lemon juice and water (this will remove the fish smell/taste). Remove the crabs and place them into the second aluminum tray
Pour garlic butter over crabs, cover with aluminum foil, and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes (time will differ depending on how many pounds of crab you have)
Serve with rice, broccoli, or by itself! We love to dip ours in garlic butter and apple cider vinegar!
