Ingredients

  • 4 Large onions diced
  • 3 tbsp. of Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  3. Dice your onions, coat with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix. Spread evenly onto your baking sheet
  4. Bake for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with burgers and Enjoy!
