1 c of garlic butter, we get ours from Sam's Club its called Chef Shamy Garlic Butter (SO GOOD!)
5 tbsp. of olive oil
Flaky Salt to top
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat an even layer of olive oil. Place this tray in your oven while it's preheating to warm up the oil.
Wash and dry your potatoes, on one side slice a layer off horizontally so your potato will lay flat and not roll around.
Then slice layers into your potato vertically, leaving some space in between each slice, MAKE SURE TO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH! The goal is to have it be an accordion.
In a large bowl melt your garlic butter
Place your potatoes on your lined sheet, giving space in between, then pour on top your melted garlic butter, and bake them in the oven for 45 minutes.
Take them out and top with flaky salt for the ultimate flavor explosion!
