Spread your tomatoes in an even layer on your baking sheet. Then add in your olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, and salt. Give them a nice massage making sure they are all coated evenly.
Bake in your oven for 2 hours and 30 mins
When your time is done, pull it out, and pull out the basil and garlic.
Store in a mason jar for 30 days, be sure to keep it refrigerated
